FINANCIAL INFORMATION

We understand that there is a lot to consider when seeking dental (or medical) care, and that finances are probably at the top of the list of considerations.  We would never want anxiety over finances to stand in the way of necessary dental care and your health, so we offer several different options when it comes to paying for your treatment. Please do not hesitate to discuss your financial concerns with our staff.  We will be happy to answer any questions that you may have and assist you with the following options:

DENTAL INSURANCE

We will gladly submit your treatment to the insurance company on your behalf. For any portion of treatment not covered by your insurance, payment is expected at the time of service. We participate with several insurance plans administered by the following companies:

CARECREDIT

CareCredit is an outside service that allows you to spread out the cost of your dental care over a determined number of monthly payments. Approval is subject to credit review through Synchrony Bank.  Family and Esthetic Dentistry of Hamden accepts CareCredit, however we are not involved in the decision making process in any way.  Click below to go to the CareCredit website to apply.

PAYMENT METHODS

We offer a 5% accounting courtesy adjustment to patients who pay for their entire treatment plan with any of these options at their first visit.
